Mission Statment & Code of Conduct

Mission Statement

Axel Campagin Consulting (ACC) is a 501(c)4 non-profit campaign consulting firm dedicated to providing lowcost, high-quality, campaign resources to downballot campaigns that wont break the bank. While we do charge for our services, we understand that many campaigns lack adequate funding, therefore, we are willing to negotiate on pricing so that funding is not an issue.

Code of Conduct

As a 501(c)4, Axel Campagin Consulting has a Code of Conduct. ACC expects political (and non political) campaigns it works with to abide by the Code of Conduct as set forth here.

Respect
Treat everyone with dignity, respect, and kindness NO EXCEPTIONS. Value diverse perspectives and experiences and always make more room at the table.
Integrity
Act honestly and ethically in all interactions. Avoid conflicts of interest and uphold transparency. ACC is painfully aware that the public trust in government is at an alltime low. We expect all campaigns we partner with to champion integrity and be dedicated to increasing the public trust of the instiutuion. Holding elected office is an honor and a privilege, we expect all campaigns to have a sincere dedication to public service.
Inclusivity
Foster an inclusive environment where EVERYONE feels welcome. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated nor will advocating for any form of discrimination. If you are a political campagin, we expect you to champion inclusive policies including, but not limited to, LGBTQ rights, Healthcare rights, and disability rights.
Accountability
We all are humans and part of being human is making mistakes. A mistake does not define you, how you fix it does. Take responsibility for your actions. Address issues constructively and seek resolutions collaboratively.
Compliance
Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Axel Campagin Consulting takes both campagin finance law and election law very seriously. If ACC has reason to believe that one of its partners is not adhering to the laws, ACC reserves the right to terminate any contract and contact the proper authorities.

Failure to abide by the Code of Condct will result in the refusal of services.
